E-commerce Store manager

Hi, I am looking for an experienced assistant to help me manage my drop shipping store. We sell telescopes and binoculars. At least 3 years of experience in online e-commerce is required.

You must have experience in:

Customer Service- Answer customer calls, reply to emails, feel comfortable in taking calls and trying to expand the line of business.


Shopify Management- Manage the Shopify page from adding ads, products, ensuring products description are correct according to the inventory.

Marketing- Manage and Coordinate marketing campaigns for the store, from managing the Facebook marketplace, pin interest to other social media accounts. To ensure new products are sold.

Finance and bookkeeping- we use this software, so this is a plus if you know to use this alongside with other financial apps.

Writing- You will need to publish articles every week, these articles have to cover information about our latest products on telescopes and binoculars.
