Sourcing Specialist

We are looking to find a flexible VA that has the expertise to assist in sourcing qualified candidates in there respectable fields. Also someone that has the capabilities of researching and sourcing products.

Responsibilities Include:
- Sending recruiting emails and following up with candidates
- Organizing employee referral system
- Using Social Media networks like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc. to hep with finding potential candidates.
- Maintain recruiting metrics related to various candidates.
- Identify our hiring needs and source those potential candidates.
- Contacting applicants for new job opportunities
- Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships during the recruitment process
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
- Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to maintain a pulse on business needs and prepare for hiring needs

Requirements
- Good stable internet
- Great research skills
- Reasonable communication skills
- Hands-on experience with candidate interviewing
