Illustrator

Looking for someone to turn photo ideas into watercolor-type looks, or other designs that I will use for print on demand. I will have very specific ---------- itially, i will need more work, so as much time initially as possible, and after that a couple designs a month. Some examples of what i would want would be a modern take on an illustration of this flower ---------- , or part of this flower, so that you can see what it is, but looks abstract, and will look attractive when printed on a blanket or pillow. I am looking to pay $100 a week for full time, and then when there are fewer designs, we can talk about the retainer cost.
