Superstar Sales and Marketing VA

Overview:
Our prospecting and marketing VA will work with our CEO to identify and qualify prospects, set up social media outreach campaigns, schedule appointments, and maintain our CRM. Some marketing and customer service work may be required.

Responsibilities:
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report through email detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
2. Prospect development by doing online research to find contact and business information for prospect companies.
3. Update our CRM with prospect information
4. Manage outreach email campaigns
5. Organize company email and calendar

To qualify for the position you will need at least 2 years of experience in the following:
1. Online research
2. Email and calendar management

We work in a fast-paced industry so it's important that our VA would be:
* A fast learner
* Pay close attention to detail
* Follow instructions to the letter

In addition to having excellent English skills, you'll need to use the applications we list below. You don't need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.

* Web research using search engines like Google, Bing, etc.

We are looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. If you have the following skills, this can help you.
1. Market research
2. English written communication
3. Phone skills

This is a full-time position. Work hours are flexible. Availability for 1 hour/ week for a call with our CEO during Central Time Zone work hours (8 am- 7 pm CT) is required. We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.

Once you complete your 6-months probation, you will get.
* 13th month
If accepted you will be provided with training on all tasks and tools required including the CRM.

You'll be working with the CEO. As our business grows you will have the opportunity to step into a commissioned sales role and an opportunity to manage your own team of VAs.
