Hey there! My name is Austin and I run a company where I'm all about email. I write and send cold emails to businesses for other businesses and get them bookings

### These are some example tasks that need to be done...

Communication:
Communicate with me on updates in a timely manner on Slack
Collaborate with me or the project manager on what we're looking for in terms of an ideal client or prospect
Work anytime but be available to have a chat when required when there are questions/concerns (on either side) within the time frame of roughly 9am-6pm CST (GMT -6) Monday-Friday

Research
Handle requests fro ---------- or the project manager on a certain number of leads 500-10k with a targeted idea in mind
Ability to offer fresh new ideas and perspectives for sources of leads that haven't been marketed to as often

Technical
Find, edit, and manipulate large data sets of contacts within Google Sheets and using Ablebits extension (PowerTools)
Work with free or paid tools of ours to gather large amounts of data on new or existing contacts such as Tomba (paid), ---------- (free), ---------- (free), Apollo (paid), LeadScraper (paid)
Combining leads from multiple sources (such as Apollo, scraped yelp leads, etc) and combining lead data in Google Sheets (We use Ablebits PowerTools to make this easier)

Formatting
Unifying format across multiple lead databases within Google Sheet

Would be nice (but not necessarily required) if you had:
Experience with specific scraping tools such as Octoparse or ----------
Access to paid tools for existing contact emails
Access to Linkedin Sales Navigator
Experience with ClickUp - creating and modifying standard operating procedures, templates, and process lists within ClickUp for readability and clarity. (aka - making task steps easy enough that anyone could pick up and learn!)
Familiarity or experience with the Ablebits extension or other Google Sheets power user tools


What this position is NOT:
I don't need someone to manually look up leads - I can have my VA do that. I want to get as much of a list as I can without a need for manual intervention


## Requirements
Native English speaker
Daily check-ins and being available during your working hours on Slack
- Experience with Google Sheets
AGENCY EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED BUT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This job is not for you if:
You can't keep track of ongoing tasks for multiple clients
You need your hand held and/or you need direction for every step
You can't take ownership of a problem
You can't foresee problems and issues
You're not a fast learner
You can't switch focus on tasks when needed

- **Loose** 9am-6pm CST (GMT -6) working schedule is required
*(To me, there's nothing worse than getting a project done a day at a time when it should be at an hour at a time because of time zone differences)*

**Time Zone:** Central Standard Time (GMT -5)
**Weekly Hours**: up to 20 hours for right now
**How do you communicate best?** Slack and ClickUp. But I also make video screen shares on more complicated stuff.
