ABOUT THE POSITION
Kristen Westcott & Co. is growing and is looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to relieve the CEO of administrative and customer service tasks. We are looking for someone to grow with our team. Someone who takes initiative and is ready to learn the systems and structures required to support our clients. You will be responsible for customer service, the primary contact person for our clients, and keeping our inbox orderly as well as the primary support person for the CEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Admin
? Calendar management [Google Calendar]
? Create and maintain updated SOPs for all of your processes and workflows
?
? Organize and Update ClickUp with any dates and required information
? Maintain and update editorial calendar for all content
? Uploading content to Wasabi
? Update business documents and spreadsheets with any new information and links
? Setting up Zoom meetings and inviting attendees [adding link to
Customer Care
• Draft and send
• Use professional communication skills to craft
• Complete the client onboarding and offboarding procedures which include: manage clients in LearnDash [password resets, troubleshooting access issues], other communication, requesting testimonials, sorting and filing responses
• Responding to customer support questions on our
Marketing Support
• Graphic creation in Canva
• Attending workshops and webinars to assist with administrative tasks and support students in the comments
• Assist with tagging in Active Campaign and LearnDash so the right offers are granted to the correct student
• Participating in the pre-launch events (challenge, webinar, etc.)
Social Media Support
• Scheduling video content out for IGTV and
• Use Social Curator prompts for feed posts and source appropriate images (from our Ivory Mix stock photo membership or Canva Pro account).
• Create and schedule 4-5 feed posts per week in Planoly (or Later) and on
• Perform hashtag research for feed posts.
• Create, edit, and post 5 new stories per week.
• Create and post 1-2 reels per week (Kristen will send you short videos in Slack for you to use)
• Post stories for promoting podcast episodes (1 old per week + any new episodes going live).
• Monitor engagement practices, offer solutions for optimization, and then implement those initiatives.
• Have a strong understanding of keywords for descriptions, SEO, and hashtag strategy
• Reply to comments on posts on the
• Engagement on complementary accounts feeds (ie Gary V’s $1.80 strategy)
