Here at Sextant Stays - Vacation Rentals, we are looking for an experienced Revenue Management Specialist. Pricing & Revenue Management is critical to the overall success of our company. The ideal candidate should have previous pricing/revenue mgmt. Experience with a similar company. Sounds interesting?? Join one of the fastest growing Vacation Rental companies in the US.

This position will support our Commercial team during the hours of 8 am -6 pm EST.

Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- responsible for pricing & yield management
- surveying occupancy levels and making pricing and LOS (length of stay) adjustments as needed
- setting base pricing & minimums
- creating and implementing pricing structures for new/existing markets based on travel & event demand

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Individuals oriented/educated in Mathematics, Finance or Analytical fields encouraged to apply.
- Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets and other data manipulation and management forms.
- Analytical or mathematical predisposition.
- Excited by developing creative solutions to complex problems.
- High attention to detail and the ability to come to detailed logical conclusions based on data.
- Revenue Management, Finance or Data Analytics Experience preferred.
