Virtual Assistant- QA

We are looking for a VA/Quality Assurance to join our team who will be responsible for working with operating staff/web developers to establish procedures, standards, systems, and procedures.

He/She will be assisting us in the daily operations of the company from 12:00 nn to 9:00 pm (PST).

Tasks:
-Plan, execute and oversee inspection/testing of outputs to ensure quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
-Collaborate with other departments to create effective strategies and test plans
-Identify and report on key metrics required to evaluate website performance & other work outputs
Perform other task-related duties as required

Skills/Qualifications:
-Experience & knowledge in quality assurance methods and strategies
-High attention to detail and solid analytical skills
-Excellent English communication skills
