Our company, Alumni FM, needs a Project Manager who has vast experience in overseeing and leading projects from ideation to completion.

We started out as a student-run podcast at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and a DJ radio host at the University of Michigan. We have since expanded into an alumni podcast network. We are committed to sharing meaningful stories that inspire and strengthen alumni communities.

Job Description
We are looking for someone who can assist with admin tasks, content development, and technical tasks involved in running a podcast. The right candidate must be able to oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, delegate tasks, and responsibilities, and monitor the progress of projects, and work closely with tea
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time
• Meet with project tea
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
• Track project performance
• Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and manage databases
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Develop processes for all tasks
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
• A listener of podcasts
• Impeccable attention to details
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Work experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Excellent MS Office and Google Workspace knowledge
• Knowledge of using Project Management tools is a must (ClickUp or Asana)
• Knowledge of standard software and tools and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion, confidentiality, and trustworthiness - you will often be the party of confidential information
