Due Diligence & Market Research Analyst

The job title is Due Diligence & Market Research Analyst. You’ll be working hand in hand every step of the way with the Acquisition Manager and our Acquisition Team to buy over 600 properties each year. We provide an opportunity for landowners to sell their property quickly for cash without having to work with a real estate agent or broker. You will become a well-rounded real estate professional with experience in title, property research, real estate contracts, and real estate closings.

This is a full-time position working on the fast-moving, fast-changing, fast-growing land acquisitions team. As a Due Diligence & Market Research Analyst, you’ll have the pleasure of not only working with a top-notch team, but leading and shaping it to deliver best-in-market service, while building the foundation for success in the years to come.

You’ll be stepping up to the helm of an already well-oiled acquisitions machine, and it’ll be your job to help take us to the next level. We’re a business that’s built its success by doing what other land buyers are unable to do, provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner.

You’ll be a driving force behind solidifying, automating and standardizing our acquisition processes to ensure we’re seeing consistent, sustainable and undeniably aggressive growth, effectively freeing up the team to focus on new opportunities to ---------- spite our proven acquisitions history where we have purchased over 1,000 properties, we’ve yet to develop sustainable and reliable acquisitions on a month over month basis, which is a challenge you’ll be taking on.

Due Diligence & Market Research Analyst:
• Complete property research
• Coordinating closings with Sellers
• Making outbound calls to counties
• Improving the land acquisition process
• Increasing response time to Sellers
• Complete valuations on some properties

Performance & Profitability:
• Ensuring that our acquisitions are growing month-over-month
• Ensuring KPI’s are tracked accurately to a tee, reported each week, and conversion rate is improving month-over-month
• Making sure closing timelines are upheld
