JOB OVERVIEW

This position’s primary focus is to create stellar content in digital formats. The Graphic Designer will create brand assets for social media, podcast episodes, blog posts, newsletters, e-learning - digital products, and proprietary programs. The number one goal is to repurpose original content and create graphic elements that share our brand's design and narrative.

We’re looking for a strong and diligent graphic designer/content creator who can jump in and make an immediate contribution to our team. The ideal candidate is someone willing to intelligently add value and insight in all the ways we deliver content. This is a remote, part-time position working with the visionary and CEO.

Hours for this position are between 9 am-5 pm PST, Monday-Friday, but are somewhat flexible as this position is more about accomplishing certain tasks and objectives with a high level of responsiveness.

Occasionally, there is a need to work additional hours on evenings and weekends during a launch or other events which happen a few times per year.

Duties and Responsibilities: Our Graphic Designer/Content Manager will primarily be responsible for:
Creating aesthetically pleasing images that accompany written ---------- municating with the team to establish the needs, using the design software (Adobe Creative Suites) to complete projects, and revising projects based on feedback.
Handle the visual side of the brand/company.
Create branding that is consistent across all channels.
Create guidelines and templates for logos and other branding materials and how they should be displayed.
Help make design choices for all content our company may use.
Respond to communication within a 4-6 hour time frame

Qualifications
Adobe Creative Cloud experience
We prefer a Mac and iPhone user who is comfortable with technology
Experience using Google Suite (mail, docs, drive, calendar) and Dropbox is preferred
Creative thinking skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Degree in graphic design or related course of study
2-4 years (minimum) experience in graphic design for a company or organization
Willing to do 1- 2 test projects prior to being hired (paid)
