Supervisor for Online Publishing Company

• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and coach layout and graphic artist
• Submit reports on performance and progress
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Participates in the hiring and selection process of layout/graphic artists.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Solid experience in publication particularly in typesetting books
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience supervising and directing a team
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
• Problem-solver
• Good decision-making skills
• Advanced skills in MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
