Reporting to the President and Chief Operations Officer, this position primary responsibility is to assist with day to day calendaring, business travel, and executive presentations. This role requires keen attention to detail and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Responsibilities for this role include:
• Manage business and personal calendar for meetings, events, and travel
• Coordinate business and personal travel plans including airfare, hotels, car rentals, and restaurant/activity reservations
• Coordinate communications by taking calls, responding to
• Support certain members of executive team with scheduling and planning of meetings, committee meetings, ad-hoc appointments
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and see them through calendar invite, reminder
• Meticulously manage calendar to ensure all meetings are started on time and all attendees are present
• Prepare and organize materials for presentations and meetings
• Maintain itineraries and agendas for all meetings, conferences, and travel
Qualifications
• Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook
• Experience with RingCentral Meetings, a plus
• Experience with DocuSign, a plus
• Superior organization skills
• Outstanding multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize urgent tasks
• Ability to communicate professionally and confidentially via phone,
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills
