Make up instructor for Youtube (Stable salary and no experience is required)

About the job position

We are looking for a full time worker at this position. Actually, this is an English school, and our target is women now. What we would like you to do is to introduce how to make up for people from other countries. A lot of people are interested in the makeup and cosmetics fields. If you like showing or teaching how to make up, why don't you work with us?

Of course, since this is an English school, we will explain it for studies. The student will learn the vocabulary or phrases from your make up instruction videos.

First, I would like you to make a script so that we can make some list for English ---------- om your script, we will pick up some interesting vocabulary, phrases, grammar or pronunciation.

Next, you will record yourself to introduce how to make up. At that time, you don't need to edit videos because we have video editors.

Then, after recording this, the video editor will edit your video, and the video the English teacher will teach some tips from your video as an Education, so the video editors will combine your video and English teachers explanation together.

Finally, we will broadcast it on Youtube.

Since this is the Japanese company, sometimes you might feel some cultural differences, but this company is related to the donation for filipinos. The project called "Smile project". The system is very simple. If you work one hour for our company, our company save money for filipinos.

There are around 15 filipinos at our company and everyone is very serious and try their best for not only themselves and people in the Philippines. We are planning to use the money for the children in the Philippines right now. If you like helping people, we are happy to work with you!

Salary system
-----------------------------
Everyone starts from PHP15,000 for the first 3 months working with us because of the trial period.

At the end of the trial period (for the first 3 month working with us), you will become a stable full-time employee. Then, your salary will be d ---------- . The salary range will be between PHP15,000 and PHP25,000. The salary range will be d ---------- by your performance during your trial period (Teaching experience is not necessary for this evaluation).

After being a stable full-time employee, we believe that someone who works with us longer should be paid more. Therefore, we increase your salary by PHP5,000 every 6 months. Eventually, the salary will go up to PHP150,000.


Since this is the Japanese company, we d ---------- to invite all co-workers to come to Japan as a sightseeing. As we said in the above, we believe that someone who works longer at our company should have more benefits. Therefore, after working with us 36 months, we will buy round airplane tickets from the Philippines to Japan for all co-workers. Unfortunately, it is pandemic not only the Philippines but also Japan, but we believe after 36 months we can offer you to come to Japan safely! Therefore, we are going to offer you free Japanese lessons after 24 months working with us!

15. Good English level is necessary (C1 or more)

19. Only female because this is related to make up.
