Video editor

I am looking for a video editor to help me edit my videos which are mostly software courses. I want to work continuously with someone as this is an ongoing project. I have already made so many raw videos.

The videos either will be published on my private training platform for my students or goes to my youtube channel for free to be available for everyone.

The editing is mostly straightforward. Sometimes, it's just adding transition and some annotation, and sometimes it needs more work.

I need to have someone with high internet speed as my raw footages go up to 20GB as I record both 4k and 1080p.

The timeframe of my videos varies, sometimes only 5 minutes, and sometimes it can be 40 minutes. However, the longer a video is, the less editing it needs. The shorter the video, the more effort it will have.
