Looking for a skilled, experienced j2me developer to develop j2me based mobile games

We are hiring 2 skilled, experienced employees to join our staff in developing mobile j2me games.

We need experienced, happy workers who can work from their homes, for full time.

We want to establish a long term contract with you. Period performance reviews and raises will be given upon satisfaction of review and tasks. We’re currently building a significant team in the Philippines in additional to several teams we have around the globe. We pay on time, 2 times a month and have never missed a payment. Here are the requirements of our skilled work force:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science or any field.
* Applicants must be willing to work from home
* Applicants must have high speed RELIABLE internet access and fast personal computer
* At least 3 years experience on java / j2me
* understanding and experience with mobile porting issues
* Have your own software to run programs on a reliable computer
* Required language: Fluent English - Above Average (spoken and written)
* work is flexible - work during Filipino Days or work during USA Daytime

40-50 hour work weeks expected, developing different mobile j2me games.

We do not want our staff taking outside (side) jobs that will interfere in getting our clients work completed on time.

You must be a team player, who is also coachable, trainable, and willing to solve problems on your own without hand holding.

You will be working alongside with a product and project people.

How You Will Be Paid:
Payment will be twice monthly, on the 1st and 15th of the month You will be paid via xoom.com service, paypal or Western Union, whatever you choose

Compensation will be generous and grow with a proven track record of completing work on time and going the extra mile to please our clients and work together with our staff.
