We need your expertise with Facebook Ads/Instagram Ads to suck in leads like crazy for our clients.

I need a truly responsible and on-the-ball Paid Social Specialist ready for a challenge.
Your responsibilities will include
Optimize Facebook Ads/Instagram Ads optimizing for better leads quality or ROAS for our clients
Setup conversions tracking using Facebook Ads Manager
Write compelling copy for Facebook Ads headline, body copies using direct response marketing strategies.
Produce eye-catching images or work with our graphic designers to produce one
Manage and deliver copywriting and media buying projects within the agreed-upon timeframes.
Analyze analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate optimization tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing, etc.) to squeeze as much ROI as humanly possible out of each dollar spent.
Document down Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for tasks that you perform
Craft and deploy irresistible offers across different industries.
I'll be frank.
Our ideal candidate is someone that has a proven track record (Minimum 2 years of experience) in Facebook Ads.

Requirements
Attention to detail and time management.
Ability to write direct response copy (Must be able to show portfolio of past campaigns)
Must have full understanding of how Facebook Ads work and what works and what doesn’t
Know how to look at stats (CTR,Conversion Rate on landing page, Split Testing of copy/offer) to provide optimization steps
Document down changes that have been made so that the client or your team know what has been done to optimize the campaign
Excellent command of English
Positive “can-do” attitude, with a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver.
Able to understand clients' business thoroughly by asking the right questions if required
Understanding how to perform A/B split testing is a must
Excellent management of Google Drive.
Excellent communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience or a proven portfolio of past existing Facebook Ads campaigns
Knowledge/portfolio of creating high converting landing pages is a bonus but not a must
