Designer (AI, PS)

You should have experience and at best be familiar with t-shirts, canvases, and other ---------- is very important that the designs can be used commercially and are free of copyrights or trademarks. I am happy to receive a few sample designs to get an idea of your work. I will send you examples of designs we need. You’ll replicate the design.

We pay between $1.5 and $3 - depending on the design.

Whom do we search for?
- absolute must is the experience with Photoshop and Illustrator;
- detailed and perfectionistic - you are very precise in your work;
- you have good teamwork skills;
- talent for design, critical of your own work; eager to learn;
- someone who “breathes” creativity;
- good written communication in English

Requirements:
- You should have experiences of a minimum of 1-2 Years designing T-Shirts
- Experiences in PS, AI, or equivalents
- Designs: Illustrations, Typography, Work with pre-made vectors
- Understanding of Design Compositions
- Strong Knowledge about Copyright and Trademark issues
- Creativity and Self-Confidence

- Salary $250 - $400 (depends on your knowledge and speed), fair and good payment per accepted design (approx. $1.5 - $3 / design) monthly;
- Payment is weekly for the first two weeks and then bi-weekly

- On-time salary payment (accepted designs x $1.5 - $3 monthly).

- All pattern designs will be commercial use
- High-quality seamless patterns, hand-drawn
- Product renderings and AI vector files needed
- All the designs made for us CANNOT be sold to anyone else!
