Website Quality Assurance Officer

Hello! I'm the owner of a creative agency in the Midwest, and we are looking for an experienced Website Quality Assurance Officer who has a background in UI/UX and website development to help the team produce a seamless and awesome website for our clients.

This person should have a detail-oriented approach and experience QA-ing mobile and desktop websites and understanding what responsiveness and ON-PAGE SEO best practices are. e.

I am a female entrepreneur who believes in building up everyone that I work with so I like to give direct feedback to help mentor you as well! I would like to start with someone on an hourly basis of 60 hours a month. I really want to create an ongoing relationship that is not only financially lucrative but fun for both of us!

Responsibilities include:
- Complete user experience audits for potential clients and identifies areas of opportunity for growth and web development
- Escalate issues to the team after QA as needed to ensure high-level work
- Work closely with an in-house team of web developers, designers, project managers, and digital strategists and help translate the user experience into a design for a variety of clients across multiple industries
- Produce effective business-oriented solutions based on organizational goals
- Communicate ideas clearly and in a manner that can be understood by clients and ‘non-techie’ personnel
- Able to execute basic development tasks when needed
