Hiring a Rockstar BPO for Sales Support and Account Management

Job Overview:

We are a US-based company called ---------- and we are looking for a full-time, home-based customer support representative to handle account management and sales ---------- ndidates with excellent admin skills should apply. You will work directly for our Director of Operations.

We have been in the eCommerce business for over 20 years with an office in Southern California and you would join our other Filipino tea ---------- mbers working from home to help us grow our business. You will enjoy working with us and will learn a lot!

This position is responsible for managing the investigator-assisted order side of our business in an effort to build relationships with our customers, help facilitate orders, and increase sales of these services. Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring customers are satisfied, taken care of in a timely manner, and conducting internet ---------- itial Training:
You will be in training for the first 30 days on all aspects of your responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities once trained:
* Strive to become an expert for the searchbug investigator-assisted orders available online.
* Learn to understand order requirements and expected results.
* Once able, make recommendations to customers based upon their stated needs for service that can solve their problems.
* Learn about and implement skip traces using our proprietary tools (we will train you on all this).
* "Set the customer expectation" with regard to what they are ordering and what to expect.
* Following up with customers via phone, chat, and email via Zoho Desk and ticketing system (we will train you).
* Reach out to existing customers that haven't placed orders recently to keep the account active.
* Learn to reduce and detect non-compliant and fraudulent orders (we will train you, it's a lot of common sense stuff).
* Provide reports and analysis on order volume; making suggestions on how we can help you increase orders
* Develop relationships with new and existing customers via phone, email, chat, and work with our social media manager (also in the Philippines) to help them create engaging content for customers that need these services.
* Develop relationships with existing vendors (we will make introductions, and ease you into this).
* Process vendor invoices related to investigator-assisted orders (a simple task that we will train you to do) a few times a month.
* Answer incoming phone calls regarding assisted orders (conference capability to have your manager join the call to help during training or new questions).

Qualifications:
Excellent English and Grammar required (reading, writing, & speaking)

Tenacious internet researcher and information gatherer
Detail-oriented with an eye for creating clean and easy-to-understand reports

This is a full-time position
Work hours are weekdays 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Standard Time (12:30 pm - 8:30 am Manila Time).
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.

The starting salary is between $750 - $1100 USD monthly, dependent upon experience and qualifications. You’ll be paid twice a month on the 1st and the 15th via Payoneer. We also offer annual salary reviews with raises and bonuses based on job knowledge, initiative, and attendance.

Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
