Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

If so, we are looking for an experienced employee to join our team. You will receive paid training in a positive culture with opportunity to grow into more advanced positions.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls as the first contact for the company
- Outbound follow-up calls to gather required information
- Take clear concise notes and enter them into our platform
- Update & Monitor CRM for new tasks and required contacts

Qualifications:
- Near native spoken English
- Typing speed of 30 wpm as you take notes while with the prospect is on the line.
- Previous telemarketing/call center experience

Compensation:
- This position is 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday at $4 per hour
- Training period is paid at the same rate
- Our goal is to hire the right person for long term employment
