Virtual Assistant Social Media

We’re looking for a virtual assistant to help out with our social media accounts. It is a remote opportunity and will not require the candidate's presence in the office. The candidate must be familiar with various social media platforms and their workings. He/she must be skilled to recognize and analyze trends. Ideally, the candidate must be organized and a good communicator who is willing to work hard.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have experience with Social Media (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Youtube) and the Google suite (Spreadsheet, docs, drive, mails)
• Must be able to keep social profiles up-to-date, and schedule and manage posts. Come up with new and innovative ideas for online posts.
• Must be able to plan marketing campaigns to keep the audience engaged
• Must be able to manage the entire Social Media accounts with autonomy
• Must be able to search and find influencers within the given criteria and engage in a friendly manner in order to get them to collaborate with us, keeping them happy.
• Must be able to engage with customers in the different communities on different platforms
• Must keep spreadsheets of influencers, media, collabs, payments, and metrics updated
• Must monitor our competitors and create a regular benchmark slide to see what we can improve in our social media strategy
• Must complete 20 hours each week using the Time Doctor app

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
• Starting pay 10,000/month salary (part-time job)
• Pay on the 1st and 15th of every month
• Two weeks of paid vacation each year
• National holidays off, paid
• 13th-month bonus (starting in May 2023)
• 10% raise each year (On anniversary date)

WHAT YOU PROVIDE
• Must have your own working computer AND phone
• Must have high-speed internet
• 20 hours of work each week
• Must be willing to learn and take assignments
• Must perform some virtual assistant duties
• Must communicate through Whatsapp, emails, and Google tools
• Must perform well as a team
• Must meet deadlines 100% of the time
