Facebook ads expert (freelance job)

US based restaurant group is seeking a facebook ads expert
Someone who has knowledge and experience with setting up:
Lead ads
Re targeting ads
Ticket sales
Choosing a specific audience

Someone who has experience and can tell us about the type of businesses they worked for.

Someone who is available 2-3 hours a week and communicate via whatsapp Eastern standard time.

Please tell us about working experience. We are not looking for recent graduates of courses or certifications. We are looking for candidates who have worked for companies and managed their ads.

This is a freelance job that would require 2-3 hours.
Ideally this candidate can also produce simple instructions on how to set up these ads.
