T-Shirt Designer for POD Platform

I am looking for person that's highly creative in creating different themes original designs. Understanding T-Shirt printing process is a must. I will provide theme or niche name, I need a complex designs 100% unique drawn, no use of vector stock files - this is important. This is long term opportunity. Please provide samples of t-shirt work you've worked on for review. My budget is $5.00 per design. I will give weekly design guidelines.
