Project Manager with Gantt Chart Experience

We are looking for a project manager to help us with creating Gantt Charts or timelines so that we can complete our projects on time for our real estate business.

We have 2 properties we are currently renovating. One is a property we will rent on Airbnb and the other property we are remodeling it so we can sell it. We need someone that can help us manage both projects and create a Gantt Chart or timeline showing all the steps that need to happen to finish the job on time.
