Personal Assistant/Project Manager

Hi!! This is Athena!! I'm a Quality Systems and Risk Management Consultant currently looking for an Assistant that can help me with assisting a quality assurance consulting firm to manage assigned projects/tasks, assist the president with managing priorities, performing project-related tasks, and ensuring client work is being delivered in the committed timeframe, and one key task that will be performed is proofreading and finalization of technical reports and SOPs.

* Someone who has experience with the pharmaceutical/medical device industry and clinical research
* MS word Savy (formatting and styles features)
* Someone who has experience with SOP writing and management
* Someone who has technical writing skills, will mostly be used for proofreading and report technical writing/finalization
* Someone who has experience with Click Up, Slack, Google Voice, and Zoom
* Comfortable with Team Viewer and remote access
* Someone who can follow procedures/templates to set up systems for projects
* Someone who loves to communicate with people through writing & language
* Persistent, aggressive and driven
* Excellent in communication
* Good with speaking and writing in English
* Very organized
* Very detail-oriented
* Someone who has a positive attitude
* A solution provider
* Proactive
* Able to start immediately.
* Able to work during 8 am - 6 pm CST, Monday to Friday
* Someone who has a minimum internet speed is at least 20mbps.
