Real Estate Cold Caller

We are looking for a REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER with sales experience and real estate knowledge. You must have experience working 1 year in the real estate industry, and can work in PST for 5 hours. We are looking to hire someone starting to work part time at 25hrs per week. There is room for wage increase after 90 day ---------- es with yearly bonus and paid vacation. We also pay out bonuses for every closed lead.

We are a fast growing real estate company in USA. We look for people who want to sell their house. We use Asana/WhatsApp channel every day for coaching and communication.
We will need to be in contact daily in the daytime (PST).
We provide you with all resources that will make you successful.
Preferred:
-Willing to work flexible hours due to different time zones.
-Willing to work paid overtime, when necessary, on weekends or extended day.
-Has experience with CallTools, and Podio
-Someone who is experienced with skip tracing and running comparable to appraise property
-Someone who is detail-oriented and organized
-Fantastic American English with no strong accents
-Excellent Communicator / customer service / sales experience
-Knowledge with Excel, Google Sheet, Google docs, Power Point, other document editing.
-Knowledge with Real Estate tools like Asana, WhatsApp, Prop stream, Call Tools, REI Reply
-Similar experience with real estate software is preferred but not required
-Must be accountable and speak English fluently
