LOGISTICS MANAGER OVERVIEW
The logistics and inventory manager will oversee the entire inventory management process for the clients that the division is handling. The ultimate goal of this position is to never run out of inventory on a product while at the same time not over shipping goods to the Amazon ---------- is a balance, maintain and IPI score above minimum 500 on Amazon while never running out of inventory on a product.

LOGISTICS & INVENTORY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all inventory as you will be given full access to current/previous sales history via Sellerboard
Create sales forecast and estimation of supplies
Manage suppliers and supply chain by having direct contact with all of our suppliers, ordering the necessary amount of units based on each of the clients’ needs
Create Amazon FBA shipments in the Amazon Seller Central platform
Help maintain a strong IPI metrics above a 500 score on Amazon
Holding factories accountable for their manufacturing deadlines
Understanding factories production capabilities and lead times
Working with our experienced freight forwarder holding them responsible for delivery deadlines
Understanding our Freight Forwarders capabilities and lead times
Create or use an existing, effective inventory management strategy
Communicating with the client on sales updates and inventory updates
Meet specific metric set weekly

LOGISTICS & INVENTORY MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
Experience working with 3PL services is highly preferred
Comfortable handling multiple client accounts selling different products
Must have current or prior experience managing inventory for an e-commerce company (Preferably Amazon private label)
Someone who is already deeply involved in inventory management
Experience in using Google Suite, Asana, Amazon Seller Central, Seller.tools
Knowledge of production capabilities, sales and supply trend
Experience working with freight forwarders and various suppliers
Excellent English proficiency both in writing and speaking
Ability to work remotely and possess his/her own laptop with a high-speed connection
Highly analytical and a problem solver
Takes initiative and a self-starter
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and achievement-oriented
Highly proficient in using Google Sheet and MS Excel

WORK SCHEDULE
Flexible with at least 4 hrs overlap with UK business hours (9-5 pm)
