JOB OVERVIEW

The company is an NBN Internet Service Provider in Australia. We are looking to onboard two new staff from the Philippines. We currently have only one staff member that runs everything below, he is in the Philippines and will be training the two new staff members. You will be working from your own home so a computer and reliable internet connection is essential. The online chat and phone presence must be maintained between 7am and midnight, 7 days a week, between the two new staff ---------- is essential that you have experience setting up modems/routers.

Customer Service:

Online chat with customers looking for an Internet ---------- eck what type of Internet a customer's home address can get.

Order an Internet connection at the customer's address.

Receive phone calls from customers enquiring about an Internet connection.

Receive technical support phone calls assisting customers setup their modem/router/wifi.


Book Keeping Tasks:

Audit customer list and ensure there are no missed ---------- tup recurring invoicing for customers and charge their credit cards.


Marketing:

You have the options to help find new customers, each new customer you bring will earn you 3000 php commission, on top of your ---------- te, that you must find these customers yourself via your own marketing.
