Job/Role Description:
• Hands-on experience on V15 Upgrades
• Database administration with 12.x and 15.x
• Trouble shoot in Production support with quick decision making
• Performance tuning and maintenance
• Hands on Backup/restore
• Hands on with DBCC configuration/issue fixing
• Disaster Recovery
• Replication server experience
• Installations/ Migrations
• Capacity Planning
• Auditing/security
• Working experience in Cluster is plus
• Sybase Replication experience
• Good in Shell scripting
• Knowledge on SQL BackTrack
· Communicate with Team members effectively and efficiently.
· Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required.
· DBA certification is an advantage
· Flexibility to work on weekend and night shifts [Rotational]
. Open Switch would be a plus.
