We are looking for a GHL Tech-Savvy who is able to handle complex software issues and provide technical assistance to both our clients and our internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with onboarding of new users.
- Taking ownership of issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Troubleshooting, providing step-by-step solutions.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
Knowledge in:
- Domain and DNS setup
- Application integrations and automation (ie. webhooks, APIs, etc)
- Basic understanding of programming logic and/or conditional operators
Qualification and Requirements:
- High level of technical skills
- Preferably with at least 1-year Technical Support and Customer Support background
- Proven experience and expertise in using and managing GoHighLevel and any other software
- Self-motivated, Committed, Detail-oriented
- Can work with minimal supervision
- High level of English communication skills
- Desktop/Laptop with atleast i3 Processor and 8GB of RAM
- Minimum Internet download/upload speed of 10Mbps
