Creative Director - Work from Home Full Time

Project Brief: International E Commerce Platform
We are in the process of creating an ambitious e commerce platform that aims at covering a very large sector in the region. We are a multinational company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The platform will be focused on Korean products.
Role Brief:
The ideal candidate should have a long experience with first hand design tasks, as well as managing teams of designers. The skills include the following:
1. 2D graphic design using Adobe applications (Photoshop, illustrator, indesign...etc)
2. Animation and video production using various software including Adobe after effect, Premier Pro
3. Web design, User interface, online campaigns and website content preparation
4. Packaging design: boxes, bags, product labels, cups, bottles...etc.
5. Basic team management skills such as evaluating quality, productivity, assigning tasks, supervision, and coordination.
6. Ability to work directly on editing files, improving them as well as leading the design team to achieve their ---------- ndidate Criteria:
1. Work location: Philippines
2. Age: 28-40
3. Contract Type: Full time, remote work (from home). Stable internet connection is a must
4. Language: excellent English communication skills, Good Korean reading and writing skills
5. Experience: minimum 3 years in a senior design position
6. Basic office management skills: emails, communication, time management, team leadership, web applications use.
7. Possible past roles: Creative director, lead designer, design team manager, senior designer
