Web Visual Layout Designer

We need a full time, short term Visual Designer.
We are trying to build a website, and we want to employ a visual designer to help us Mock Up the site. We will then take all of these specifications to web developer group / firm and have them implement the full website.

We need someone who speaks English well and has a good eye for design and an attention to detail.
We need someone who is ready to start full time and work for approximately 1 month and up to 2 months.
