We are looking for a Rockstar Virtual Assistant to begin helping us coordinate different activities for our Digital Marketing and Book Publishing Business. This is for a “Full-Time” Long Term position in our company with great career and learning opportunities.

*DURATION*
Permanent full-time (40hr/week) position

• Embodies the values of ownership, accountability, growth orientation, team player, problem solver
• Excellent English speaker (written and verbal)
• Digital acumen (keeping an online calendar, taking screenshots, recording your screen, uploading video; if you consider any of the above tasks technical or complicated, please DO NOT apply).
• High attention to detail and quality of work
• High level of organization and ability to prioritize
• Ability to clearly follow instructions (whether written or recorded)
• High standard of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• 1+ years of experience working remotely
• Positive attitude and a desire to work with a fun, high-spirited team
- With at least 1 year experience as a content writer
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance to meet corporate and team objectives

*COMPENSATION PLAN*
- Paid Biweekly through either Paypal or Transferwise
- Performance bonuses for great work
- Pay raises awarded based on performance
- 7 paid holidays per year: Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, (7 Days)
- You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the probation period.
- And to sweeten the pot, we also offer 13th-month bonuses to employees

*TIMINGS*
This is a full-time position (from 6 to 8 hours per day) - Mondays to Fridays. The timings are mostly flexible, but we would need at least 2-hour overlap between 6pm - 11pm EST.
