Customer Support – LiveChat/Phone/Email (Part or Full time)

Hi there - we’re a clothing brand that makes and sells the best custo ---------- ns suits and shirts online!

We’re looking for our next customer service representative to assist with our customer concerns, mainly by phone and email, but also through live chats.

Please do not apply if you don’t have a quiet working environment. This job requires phone calls. We are looking for someone with excellent English skills, with much focus on grammar and comprehension.

You must be able to handle phone, email and/or live chat. We have a hands-on approach during training and we expect that by the end of it, you will have a good knowledge base of our products/services to be able to handle customer issues at a high level. Must be able to problem solve, ask questions and learn from mistakes.

Please don’t apply if you have personal issues that will interfere with work, poor internet or constant computer outages. We need someone reliable. Writing English at a high level is a must.
