JOB OVERVIEW

For this roll you will need to be EXTREMELY organized. The roll will mostly deal with emails, paperwork, creating processes and procedures, filing and storing documents electronically, and especially co ordinating between different professionals to ensure the real estate transactions go smoothly.

Real Estate Transaction Coordinator ( from Contract to Closing and after)
• Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing and after closing.
• Coordinate with realtors to list a property or find new ones
•. Coordinate with lawyers for closing
•. Coordinate book keeping and accounting upon purchase and sale
• Coordinate with utility companies to switch utilities into purchasing company name
• Coordinate with the city to get permits and zoning
• Coordinate with property management company to prepare for leasing or removal of tenants
• Coordinate mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
• Submit all necessary documentation to multiple brokers.
• Organize all paper work in regards to purchasing, selling, and leasing properties.
• Communicate with realtors, lawyers, accountants/ bookkeepers, contractors, lenders, the city, and property managers.
