For this roll you will need to be EXTREMELY organized. The roll will mostly deal with
Real Estate Transaction Coordinator ( from Contract to Closing and after)
• Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing and after closing.
• Coordinate with realtors to list a property or find new ones
•. Coordinate with lawyers for closing
•. Coordinate book keeping and accounting upon purchase and sale
• Coordinate with utility companies to switch utilities into purchasing company name
• Coordinate with the city to get permits and zoning
• Coordinate with property management company to prepare for leasing or removal of tenants
• Coordinate mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
• Submit all necessary documentation to multiple brokers.
• Organize all paper work in regards to purchasing, selling, and leasing properties.
• Communicate with realtors, lawyers, accountants/ bookkeepers, contractors, lenders, the city, and property managers.
