Blog Posts Writing

Please read this entire job description (you’ll see why).
I need a full time writer who can write 6 blog posts a week for my blogs.
Here’s some background about my business:

I have been around in internet marketing for a couple of years in several niches. Today I’m launching some blogs in the “make money on the internet” niche, so I need some help in the post writing.

Here’w how your job would work:

- Step 1: I will provide you with a blog writing weekly schedule. You will provide one post per week day (no work on Sundays, of course!). Posts will be 1.000 words long in the average (not less than 800 and not longer than 1.200 words).

- Step 2: I will provide you with post titles, key points to be covered and some reference posts and articles to get inspired.

- Step 3: You will write blog post text according to my specifications. No images are required. Blog posts must pass Copyscape test.

- Step 4: I will review your job and give you a feedback about the quality. If quality will not be satisfactory, you will modify the post until quality standards will be met.

A Google Docs account will be used for documents interchange. Google calendar will be used for writing calendar.

For this job, you need to have excellent english and to be available 6 days a week on skype to have job updates. I don’t want to be waiting 1-2 days to be updated on the job progress.

Besides excellent english writing capabilities, you will need to have the following skills:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Word or similar word processor
- To be able to use emails and Google tools
- To be able to use skype.
- You must be able to work unsupervised, without much direction from me. I will tell you what I want, but I don’t want to be too involved with the details
- You must have a cooperative approach. In case of doubts don’t guess but ask.

This is a LONG-TERM work, so, besides writing quality, I need a provider who is RELIABLE, that shows a positive attitude, that is dependable and trustworthy.

If I like your proposal, I will first offer you a one-month trial project, consisting in 25 blog posts to be written in a 30-days time, to see how you work and how well you can produce the results I’m looking for, without the need of having me to micro-manage.

If, after first month, we are both happy with how things are going, then I will offer you a 3 months trial. If after that we are both happy I will offer you a long-term full time position.

Pay rate: $220/month is my starting pay for 25 blog posts (one per day), for first trial month. Please note this is starting pay only, I will increase it in the second trial and also give bonuses based on performance.
