Online Research for a international law firm (familiarity with business and M&A is a plus)

Daily online research and monitoring of M&A deals for an international law firm.

The role will be provided with credentials to a list of websites (WSJ, Bloomberg, the Deal, Google News, etc). For every weekday, the role is expected to research and download PDFs of relevant deal's news. The ideal candidate should be familiar with international business, M&A deals, and some knowledge of US legal enforcement agencies (Department of Justice, FTC, etc) is a plus. The ideal candidate should also be familiar with finding information using Google and other websites.

The daily commitment is about 1.5 to 2.5 hours long and the work product needs to be submitted by 7:45PM every day (Philippine time). The ideal candidate should work on this project as close to the deadline as possible, in order to capture the latest news released in the US early morning (in other words, he/she should clear 5:15 PM ~ 7:45 PM daily for this project).
