We are looking for the next SUPERSTAR for our family. A caring, well-rounded tea ---------- mber with drive & passion for adding value and being a part of a growing company.
Must be a self-starter and be creative. We have two companies a home inspection company, as well as a Pest Control company, and are looking for someone to help market our business. You will work with our office manager to come up with creative content to post daily and weekly. Research of top agents and marketing to them to use our company in many ways. (social media, emails/ mass emails, setting up meetings for the office staff, etc.) It is required that you come with ideas and continue to create new ways of marketing both businesses. We are looking for a tea ---------- mber that wants to use creativity to help us grow.

Responsibilities
o Design and execute marketing strategy utilizing various social media platforms
o Develop and manage social media contents and scheduling
o Create strong social media network, visibility, and engagement
o Spearhead digital marketing campaigns
o Develop and evaluate social media KPIs

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Strong attention to details

Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field(preferred)
o Extensive digital marketing and social media experience
o Have a good understanding of social media principles and practices
o Excellent knowledge of social media navigations
o Tech-savvy and acquainted with office management procedures
o Working experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and familiarity with Filmora is a plus
o Experience using CRM and project management
o Competent working devices with stable internet connection at least 20mbps

Pay: TBD, Depending on your experience, skills, and who applies.

We inspected commercial properties as well as residential properties for future buyers. We market to real estate agents that recommend our services to their buyers. The Pest Control company has been in business since 2020. We are a privately owned company.
