Real Time Analyst / Work Force Management Analyst

Job description should include, but not be limited to:

* Manage the call volume, daily attendance and program break schedules
* Assist with creation if metrics and targets for services
* Work closely with the operations team to analyze and help improve their delivery processes
* Produce daily, biweekly and monthly internal reports
* Use trends and reports to forecast requirements
* Assist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned
* Collecting and interpreting data
* Analyzing results
* Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
* Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
* Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
* Defining new data collection and analyze processes
* using advanced computerized models to extract the data needed
* removing corrupted data
* performing initial analysis to assess the quality of the data
* performing further analysis to determine the meaning of the data
* performing final analysis to provide additional data screening
* preparing reports based on analysis and presenting to management

KEY SKILLS & QUALITIES:

Must have advanced level Microsoft Excel / Google Suite skills
A high level of mathematical ability
Experience in data models and reporting packages
Ability to analyse large datasets
