Our company is looking for a super star operations manager in the credit repair industry.
Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years managing credit repair processes.
- Must have 3+ years managing tea
- Must be comfortable with: Google Drive, Asana, Credit Repair Cloud, Slack, IdentityIQ, and CRMs (We use GoHighLevel CRM, if you have experience with GoHighLevel that is a BIG PLUS)
- Must have EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be comfortable handling conversations with clients written and verbally
- Must be available to work during peak times of our business operations which is between 11am EST - 5:30pm EST
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that work quality standards are high consistently at all times
- Ensure that we are never late providing updates to clients
- Ensure that the updates we are sending to clients are always 100?curate
- Support tea
- Play a role in making our processes better in order for us to operate smoothly, help improve SOPs if possible.
- Must have a positive leadership style - no micromanaging other tea
- Possibly manage affiliate client accounts (low volume - do not worry)
- Ensure that all affiliate and customer inquiries are responded to within 24 hours
This will start as a part-time
We are looking for someone who is team oriented and really wants to deliver. Our team has been together for almost a year so we only hire people we really believe in and trust to operate within the company standards.
