Looking to hire a writer for a medium or long term

I have a blog about education - daycare.

I need someone to find and write good quality blogs, 3 articles a week and publish them my WordPress blog.

Articles should have about 700 words minimum , SEO optimize and have at least one image ( unique ) and setting up with all proper tags.

Always writer should find interesting topics and to be able to sync with future education events, seasonal - I will give further instruction for this.
