We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our company. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the senior management and company pharmacist.
Duties: analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, producing good content, and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
1. Social media strategy / facilitating customer service / messaging
2. Content calendars for each channel
3. Social media reports (monthly)
4. Communicate with distributors and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Atleast 2 years of experience in the marketing field using social media for brand awareness and impressions. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and other social media platforms.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Good understanding of social media KPIs.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Multitasking skills.
Good time-management skills.
BS degree in Marketing, Advertisement or relevant field.
