Digital Project Manager

This position is accountable for producing the following result:
To retain long-term clients by managing the project team to make sure that the projects are delivered profitably, on-time, and to client satisfaction. Executing and building service delivery systems in support of our strategic goals.

To work on the deliverables, the project manager will be working with the following resources: Copywriter, Designer, Developer, Community Manager, Ad Manager, Project Associate. The project manager will be the one briefing them, giving them feedback, and working with them to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

The project manager is also expected to participate in strategical and tactical work.

Expected from the project manager:
1. All projects are delivered to the clients within an acceptable customer satisfaction rate
2. All projects are delivered to the clients within the per-project profitability targets
3. Additional revenue directions are identified within existing customers or by introducing new business programs
