Tow Truck Dispatcher / Phone Operator

Tow truck dispatchers mainly take calls and Filling the job details for the tow operator using computer-aided dispatch systems "tow book" app., monitor the progress of the tow . Taking payments by Collecting Debit Card info / credit card info.

We’ll train you to understand the needs of the callers to dispatch the right solutions, and communicate with drivers and customers for a successful outcome.

You’ll be a hero… getting stranded drivers back on the road and safely home to their families.

Responsibilities
* Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
* Utilizes technology such as computers , telephones, and other communication equipment
* Maintains status and locations of all drivers
* Send calls to drivers according to rotation and/or proximity
* Learn how to use Towbook software
* Learn pricing system & be able to give accurate quotes to customers

Requirements
* 2+ Years’ Experience
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
