About you
You love Google Ads and potentially SEO too! You have worked on numerous client campaigns before and have proof of delivering great results. You work to a proven system you have learnt during your career.
You can explain to clients how their ads are setup, and what parts you will be optimising each month to improve results.
You have a flare for Google Ads and love to learn and grow. You're dedicated, driven, passionate and have at least 2 years experience managing paid search campaigns for clients either within an agency or internally for the company you work for.
Google Ads; GDN and Shopping are second nature to you and you’re on top of changes in the Google environment.
The Role
Overall, the role is to develop, execute and manage client and company paid ads campaigns that directly result in leads and sales.
Responsibilities
Create and develop client & company ad campaigns that result in leads and sales.
Show proof of ROAS every month in your client ad
Understand funnels and digital marketing strategies for all client campaigns
Be able to speak to the client to discuss strategies and optimisations, or answer questions they have on the
Provide strategic recommendations & briefs for landing pages to support the advertising campaign
Tag & audience management
Write great copy that can convert into leads
Assist strategically with new and existing client campaigns by researching the market place and making recommendations on trends therein
Assist in leading the growth of the Paid Search division through innovation and results.
Keep your finger on the trends of the Paid Search industry to identify opportunities within Paid Search for the benefit of both the Company and their clients.
Monitor the status of ads and make adjustments to improve the overall campaign
Audit and optimize new & existing ad campaigns to ensure KPI’s are met such as budget spend, timelines, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS - both short and long term.
Prepare recommendations and report to management and clients
Update clients via weekly
Requirements
2+ years experience and knowledge of online funnel marketing strategies
Experienced with Google Ads and have Google certifications
Very organised and can use project management tools
Commitment to achieving results
Excellent analytical skills with ability to mine data to inform decisions
Experience with GA , GTM and UTMs
Must be flexible with weekly schedule, adaptable, and willing to take on multiple priorities
