Are you multi-talented, awesome writer, well organized and want to be recognized for your skills?

I run a travel company and I am seeking at least one person to help me with:
- writing inspiring copy/content (blog posts, facebook posts, twitter posts, pinterest posts, email newsletters, reports and guides for our target audiences: families, honeymooners, corporates, and schools) (about 5-10 hours per week)
- itinerary preparation (I will give you an outline itinerary that I have prepared for a client, and you are to contact our local travel partner in the relevant country and contact them to get pricing, and prepare detailed itineraries) (about 5-10 hours per week)
- keeping our three websites (all Wordpress) updated (about 2 - 5 hours per week)
- pitching ideas to journalists (based on a journalist alert service that we subscribe to) (about 1-3 hours per week)
- contacting people to be interviewed for our podcast (from a list of names I will give you) (about 1-2 hours per week)
- responding (by email) to customer queries (you will receive commissions for any sales you close) (about 2-5 hours per week)
- answering the phone when you are online (our phone number goes through to skype) - this just involves answering professionally and courteously: at least initially, you will not have to answer any questions the client has; just take messages (about 0.5 hour per week)
- submitting documentation to our trustees after a trip is completed, so the client's payment can be released to us (about 1 hour per week)
- project managing any sub-contractors we hire, such as website developer or a graphic designer (about 2-3 hours per week)
- contacting travel agents (by email) and inviting them to sell our trips
- travel planning (occasional)
- anything else to free up my time so that I can focus on marketing (about 2-5 hours per week)

I will train you on all of the above for our in-house style.

Additionally, skills such as Wordpress, SEO, Google Analytics, bookkeeping will make you even more desirable.
