Revenue Cycle Billing Associate

Proficiency in the following areas is preferred:
• PC literate with experience working in medical billing software.
• A calm manner and patience working with customers and insurance companies.
• Effective communication abilities for phone and email contact with billing customers and with insurance companies.
• Strong English-speaking and writing skills.
• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheet skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology likely to be encountered in medical claims.
• Physical Therapy Billing experience a plus but not necessary.
