WordPress Expert to Fix Slow Site

This project should take you 1-2 days. Client has a WordPress site that is loading very slowly, and sometimes timing out when under load. Need a WordPress expert to investigate and discover the plugin or script which is failing or causing slow load times. The site is hosted on a sufficiently large enough AWS instance, and should be loading much faster. We are looking for less than 1 second load time for a load of 10 concurrent users, and less than 2 seconds for 20 concurrent users, and your performance will be measured using a load testing tool.
