Graphic/Web Designer Needed.

We are looking for web designers to creating great multiple landing pages and graphic design.

We need creative, independent designers to be able to create designs like the websites below. We are not looking for designers designing corporate website, but the designer should be experienced in direct response landing pages.

You need to include your feedback of the design of these websites and how you think the designs can be improved.

Your responsibilities include
- landing page designs
- creating banner ads
- creating brochures
- converting PSD to html (optional)
- creating illustrations

please rate your design skill sets according to the following based on a scale of 1-10. Applicants who do not rate their skill sets and discuss the pros and cons of the websites stated above will not be entertained.

Adobe photoshop
adobe illustrator
adobe dreamweaver

creativity - create something from scratch
modeling - able to replicate similar designs easily
slicing - good at slicing designs into html
drawing - creating cartoons
color - mixing and matching colors
contrast - able to bring out the main item effectively

We are planning to pay you according to the rate of $5 - $7 per hour, depending on your skill set. We'll start with part time and if you prove to be good, we would like to engage you for longer hours or even full time. Please include this tag - "#graphicpro" when you are contacting us.
